Useful information about delivery
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. In some cases, processing may exceed three days due to IMVU peer review timelines, which are outside of our control.
Same-day delivery is available for an additional $5 rush fee (under additional fees).
Please note that the IMVU Help Center is closed on Sundays and Mondays, which may affect processing times.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Premade items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
For custom orders, refunds are not available once the head has been delivered or submitted for IMVU peer review.
If a custom order has not been submitted to peer review, the order may be canceled; however, a $10 non-refundable service fee will be deducted to cover time and labor already invested.
